Inioluwa's POV:
I first saw her on a mutual friend's Instagram story. Something about her made me follow her right away, maybe it was her beautiful eyes or her cute face. Something about her entralled me and I sent her a DM soon after with a gif of a parachute landing in her dms asking for clearance to land, and she did give me permission to land and we haven't stopped talking since.

Fun fact: the first time we spoke on the phone which was the day after I sent the dm, I fell asleep mid-call, cause I was on meds. Las las, who go love you no go stress you.

Jemima's POV:
It was the 21st of January, 2025. I was preparing for NYSC camp, so I went out to get my things. There was no network in the market, and while constantly refreshing my phone, I saw a follow notification I would typically ignore. I ignored it still, because there were a bunch of them.

I got home in the evening and remembered, so I scrolled through the follow notifications till I saw his and noticed the mutuals we had. I reached out to my childhood best friend, since she was one of them, and she said he had seen me on her story and reached out about me two years ago, and yet again recently. So I followed back after investigating, yet I didn’t know he was a pastor, lol.

He texted almost immediately, and it was a funny and organic conversation. We exchanged numbers, and when he called, he went straight to the point with his intentions and reassured me when I expressed my reservations about pastors, having been a pastor’s kid myself.

It was a first call with intentions, from a man who knew exactly what he wanted. So even if he slept off eventually, I was calm knowing I wasn’t about to waste my time “seeing where things go.”

I prayed about it, and we haven’t stopped talking from that day till now. Organic. ❤️
